ROAM DISPENSARY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At ROAM Dispensary, our goal is to ensure you have an outstanding experience with our products. If you have any questions about product use or encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service team—we're here to help!
Eligible Returns
Roam Dispensary will accept return under these circumstances only:
- Defective Products
- State Mandated Recalls
- Mislabeled Product by the Cultivator or Processor
- Product that does not match the item listed on the purchase receipt
- Products can be returned 2 weeks (14 Business days) from purchase.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The product has been used or damaged due to user error.
- The product is cannabis flower (please refer to the vendor’s return policy for flower).
- The issue arises from mistaken expectations or errors that have been resolved.
- The product is not in its original packaging or is missing its original label.
- The purchase was made more than 30 days prior to the return request.
